• Certain profile information, including sex, name, and date of birth (DOB), cannot be changed without approval, as VLLG matches users based on same-sex and specific age difference criteria.
• You acknowledge that all message history is retained and cannot be deleted.
• Organizations using VLLG do not have access to user messages but can view profile data and connections made within the platform.

4. Content Moderation & Reporting

• Organizations using VLLG are responsible for moderating reports related to their users.
• VLLG retains the right to intervene in moderation decisions if necessary.
• VLLG may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
• VLLG uses third-party moderation services (OpenAI’s Moderation API) to flag or filter content.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• VLLG LLC and its affiliated organizations are not liable for user-generated content or interactions.
• Users assume full responsibility for their actions on the platform.
• VLLG provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding service availability or security.

6. Data Retention & Privacy

• User messages and interactions are permanently stored and cannot be deleted.
• Organizations may access user profile data and view connections made within their platform but cannot access private messages.
• Certain profile details, such as sex and DOB, require organizational approval before changes are made.
• VLLG follows standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against data breaches.

7. Business Transfers & Data Ownership

• VLLG LLC does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to the successor entity as part of the business transaction.
• Users will be notified of any material changes to data handling policies in such an event.

8. Termination VLLG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms VLLG may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

• VLLG offers both free and paid subscription options. Free accounts are limited to three connections and three conversations. To unlock unlimited connections and conversations, users may upgrade to the “Unlimited” plan.
• Payments for the Unlimited plan are processed securely by our third-party provider, Polar.sh, and are subject to their terms and policies. By subscribing, you authorize VLLG and Polar.sh to process your payment information.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your Unlimited access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
